Our returns and exchange policy in regards to our products
You may return any item within 10 days of receipt, at a 20% return charge. We calculate this charge based upon cost of the items only. Original shipping charges are not refundable. All cloth items are shipped in sealed clear sanitary protectors. If seals have been broken, or if the items are returned in damaged condition, we cannot issue a credit. When returning an item, please contact us via email for a return authorization number. If you are returning them for an exchange, please indicate the item or items which you would like exchanged. Upon receiving the items, and inspecting them, we will notify you via email regarding your credit. Receiving defective or damaged items When you receive your items, please inspect them carefully for any shipping damage or defects. Our products have a 30 day warrantee, which starts on the day that items are received by the purchaser. Please notify us immediately, if there are any problems. We take full responsibility for any damages that may have incurred in shipping, and will deal with the freight company on our end. You do not need to file a freight damage claim. We will take prompt action in correcting the problem, and either issue a full credit or exchange the item or items for new product. If your items arrive defective, or if you find a defect within the 30 warrantee period, please notify us so that we can take prompt action to resolve the problem.
